Suburban Warehouse offers convenient, flexible storage solutions in Northern New Jersey. Our Randolph, NJ warehouse is located less than 2 miles from Routes 80, 10, 46 and 10 miles from Route 287. Our site is in the heart of Morris County with easy access to Sussex County, Warren County, New York, and all other northern NJ areas. 
While other storage warehouses may require a long term commitment, we don’t. If you only need to store your inventory for a couple of weeks, Suburban Warehouse can accommodate you.   Flexibility is the key to our program for loading/unloading and warehousing your inventory.   We can come up with a plan that will meet your needs at warehouse rates that will vary your costs according to seasonal requirements.
 
Suburban Warehouse is a fully racked 40,000 sq ft warehouse with both tailboard and drive in loading/unloading. This facility is a high cube 40' clear building. The area is safe and the building is secure.
 
Our warehouse services include:   

  • We can load/unload/store your inventory
  • If you have an active storage warehousing  program your people can operate in the    warehouses to save money
  • All pricing will be gross, no need to worry   about all the add on's like real estate taxes,   electric, common area maintenance, etc.
  • We don't require long term commitments. If you need to store goods for a few weeks that's not a problem.
